In Memory Of The Golden Age Of The Cardigans

Jakarta, Indonesia -two musicians from heavy metal fans Peter Svensson and Magnus Sveningsson, The Cardigans formed on October 31, 1992. The golden age of Sweden band occurred three years later.

The success achieved by The Cardigans over European tour and released their second album titled ' Life ' in 1995. ' Life ' success internationally with sold over a million copies and received platinum in Japan.

After that, the band's Favourite Game ' chanter ' that signed a contract with Mercury Records and later released the album ' First Band on the Moon ' (1996) with the single ' Lovefool ' which became a hit all over the world.

The Album also received Gold for sales in the us. ' Lovefool ' and then aired on MTV as a music video with clips of the movie "Romeo + Juliet" starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes. That song also exist in the movie ' Cruel Intentions ' (1999).

In early 2000, The Cardigans decided to vacuum while having a music for 6 years. Then the casualties worked on their respective solo projects.

They echoed back in 2002 to 2006 and released the album Long Gone Before Daylight ' in 2003. But Lars-Olof Johansson (kibord), Bengt Lagerberg (drums), Nina Persson (vocals), Magnus Sveningsson (bass), and Peter Svensson (guitar) leave from 2007 to found again in 2011.

Well, initiating a resumption of their Cardigans, ' The ' menggung in Tennis will be Indoor, Jakarta at about 21.00 pm tonight, before a gig at Summer Sonic Rock Festival in Tokyo and Osaka on 18 and 19 August.
